NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the provisions of Division 1, Part 6, Chapter 8 of the California Revenue and Taxation Code and the written authorization of the State Controller, that an Agreement, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Board of Supervisors of Riverside County, has been made between said Board of Supervisors, and the purchaser and approved by the State Controller, whereby said County will sell to said purchaser, under the terms set forth in said Agreement, all of the real property hereinafter described that is subject to the Power of Sale by the Treasurer-Tax Collector.
