Users of any data provided by GDC, whether open or controlled, agree not to attempt to identify each individual participant in any study represented by GDC data for any purpose. This includes, but is not limited, the use of analytical techniques of reidentification on genomic or clinical data. GDC Further restrictions on analysis, publication or other distribution of analysis results may be listed in the Use Agreement of individual projects supported by GDC. It is the investigator's responsibility to know and understand the data usage agreements that have signed and comply with any restrictions contained in it. GDC Open Access Data The GDC itself does not restrict (in addition to reidentification attempts) on the analysis or publication of open access data provided through the GDC Data Portal. GDC questions strongly encourage investigators to contact GDC support if there are questions or concerns about publishing their analyses. CPTAC supports the analysis of raw mass spectrometry data
