This purchase order constitutes an offer by Buyer to Seller upon the terms and conditions stated herein and in the body of the order and shall become a binding contract upon acceptance thereof either by acknowledgment or performance. Said offer is limited to said terms and conditions and no deviation therefrom shall be acceptable.
