Robotic Systems Integrations, Inc. (“RSI”) grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use software. The software may be used or copied only in accordance with the terms and conditions of this license, which is described in the following paragraphs (the “Terms and Conditions”). The Terms and Conditions mean collectively the terms and conditions contained herein and the terms and conditions stated in RSI’s proposal.
