This Acalvio Technologies, Inc. (“Acalvio”), Data Processing Agreement and its Annexes (“DPA”) reflect the agreement between Acalvio and a Customer with respect to the Processing of Personal Data by Acalvio on behalf of Customer in connection with the Acalvio Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale between the parties (also referred to in this DPA as the “Agreement”).
