This Support Contract becomes effective with acceptance by the T/C Holder without a special confirmation. It can be terminated earliest end of the following calendar year after the contract has been signed (that means Dec. 31st, 2023), and extends automatically by another year if it is not terminated in writing by one of the parties within a period of three months prior to the end of the contract period.
