dahl Brothers (Canada) Limited (“dahl”) warrants to the purchaser from dahl (the “Purchaser”) and the end user (the “End-User”) that its Mini-Ball™ Valve, Fitting, and Globe Style Valve products (the “Products”) sold after Sept. 1, 2013, shall be free from defect in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service, for the lifetime of the installation commencing on the installation date of the Product, and that the Product will conform to the specifications for the Product which are in effect at the time that the Product is manufactured. The product warranty is transferable upon sale of the property.
