THIS FIRST AMENDMENT (“First Amendment”) is entered into by and between Fort Bend County, Texas (“County”), a political subdivision of the state of Texas, and Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation (“Contractor”), a Texas corporation. County and Contractor are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each individually a “Party.”
