THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE constitute an agreement between you ("Account User") and GeoTel Corporation, a Missouri Corporation, doing business as Newz Group, (“GeoTel”), regarding your use of GeoTel’s systems, stored content, interactive information, display and delivery of content, server management services and any and all other use related to GeoTel’s Newspaper Content Management System (“Content Management System ” or “CMS”).
