AGREEMENT: All of the terms, conditions and information contained in this 2019–2020 Illinois Institute of Technology (“Illinois Tech”) Office of Residence Life Contract for Room and Board (“Contract”) are an integral and binding part of this Contract. This Contract is made and entered into between Illinois Institute of Technology (“Illinois Tech”) and the undersigned student (or their legal guardian if said student is under the age of 18) (“Student”). Student shall be assigned to a residential unit as determined by Illinois Tech. The Academic Year Contract term is from August 12, 2019 to May 10, 2019 (the “Term”); the 12 Month Contract is from August 12, 2019 to August 13, 2020 (the “Term”). Graduate students may enter into a contract for 1 semester only with no cancellation fees or provided they choose the 1 semester grad option on their room and board contract.
