This SEABIN V5 TRASH COLLECTION DEVICE LEASE, as part of Indiana’s Clean Marina Program, is entered into by and between the State of Indiana, acting by and through the Department of Administration, for and on behalf of the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (hereinafter referred to as "Lessor"), and (hereinafter referred to as "Lessee"). The signatories for the Lessor and Lessee attest and represent that they have been duly authorized to execute this Lease on behalf of the Lessor and Lessee respectively.
