We refer to the Financing Agreement dated May 29, 2018 (“Financing Agreement”) between the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (“Recipient”) and the International Development Association (“Association”), as amended, and the Program Agreement of the same date between the Association and the Province of Punjab (“Program Implementing Entity”) (“Program Agreement”) for the above-mentioned Program (“Program”). We also refer to your letter dated February 3, 2023, requesting a Program restructuring.
