Whereas Christal Films Distribution Inc. (“Christal”) is the holder of distribution rights in a library of titles existing only as of the date of this Agreement, which are listed as Schedule A attached hereto (the “Catalogue 1 Pictures”), and shall remain so pursuant to this Agreement.
