This Amendment to the Dispatch Services Agreement is made and entered into on the day of , 2016 by and between the Administrative Control Board of the Weber Area Dispatch 911 and Emergency Services District, hereinafter referred to as “Dispatch 911,”and the Mountain Green Fire District, hereinafter referred to as “Mountain Green FD.” The two shall collectively be referred to as “Parties” and individually as “Party.”
