RE: CARES Act Grant Agreement Waiver Dear Superintendent,Cares Act Grant Agreement • August 4th, 2020
Pursuant to Section 8 (Z) of the Grant Agreement issued by the Wyoming Department of Education on July 29, 2020 for the purpose of distributing Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act funds, the Department hereby waives any noncompliance by the District with Section 8 (R) which requires certification of membership in the Wyoming Association of Risk Management or the Local Government Liability Pool and the sending of a letter verifying participation. This waiver of Section 8 (R) does not constitute a waiver of any other term or condition of this Grant Agreement.
