Pleasant, MI 48858 (County) and Mobile Medical Response, Inc., a Michigan non-profit corporation with principal offices located at 834 South Washington Avenue, Saginaw, Michigan 48601 (“MMR”) each individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
