The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) seeks proposals for providing and installing a new geomembrane cover on the State-Licensed Disposal Area (SD)A located at the Western New York Nuclear Service Center (WNYNSC). This Agreement will be to furnish the geo-synthetic material and installation as stipulated in the attached Statement of Work (Attachment E). Additional support services such as testing, surveying, civil construction support will be provided by existing Agreements already in place with NYSERDA.
