This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County, Texas (“County”), a political subdivision of the state of Texas, and Civitas Engineering Group, Inc. (“Engineer”), a corporation authorized to conduct business in the State of Texas. County and Engineer may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
