To date the main resourcing implications of the LPSA have been officer time. Once the LPSA has been agreed, EHDC will have to deliver on stretch targets. Officers will endeavour to contain these within existing budgets but could have additional resourcing implications, which will be dealt with as part of the normal budget and Challenge Board process.
