This Remote Deposit Capture Agreement (as amended and/or supplemented, this “Agreement”) governs Member’s use of Hanscom Federal Credit Union’s (“HFCU”) EasyDeposit Service (“eDep” or “Service”). HFCU offers eDep under this Agreement only in association with one or more deposit accounts maintained by Member at HFCU. The terms, provisions and conditions of this Agreement do not replace, but supplement, any and all other agreements (whether now or in the future) that govern any account maintained by Member at HFCU (whether now or in the future) or any other HFCU services utilized by Member (whether now or in the future). Member’s use of the Service is Member’s acknowledgement of and acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
