Pursuant to §1007.271 (13), F.S., the dual enrollment program is available for an eligible home education secondary student in a postsecondary course creditable toward a career certificate, an associate degree, or a baccalaureate degree. College preparatory and physical education courses shall not be included in courses offered in the dual enrollment program.
