By making an Application or receiving Services from Start Broadband, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement is formed between you and Start Broadband Pty Ltd (ACN 602 218 840) of 407 Bay Street, Brighton, Victoria 3184 (Us, Our, We). “Customer”, “You” and “Your” means anyone who makes an Application or uses Our Services.
