This is a work authorization format agreement. Contractor will be assigned work authorization/work orders as required. The Contractor shall complete the Work described in the Contract Documents for the project. The Contract Documents consist of the Contractor’s Notice of Weslaco Pavement Markings Improvements, the Instruction to Bidders, the Bid Proposal, the Plans and Specifications, Bid Addenda as indicated in the Bid Proposal, this Contract, and written Change Orders issued after execution of this Agreement.
