This Agreement is entered into this 1st day of December 2024 (“Effective Date”) by and between Mercy Health North LLC, an Ohio nonprofit limited liability company, on behalf of its subsidiaries and affiliates; Mercy Health Physicians – North, LLC, an Ohio nonprofit limited liability company, on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates; and Mercy Medical Partners, Northern Region, LLC, an Ohio nonprofit limited liability company, on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively hereinafter referred to as "Clinical Agency") and the Defiance College (hereinafter referred to as "School").
