The parties to this Agreement are Worksystems, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “Worksystems" or “GRANTOR,” and Name of Contractor, hereinafter referred to as the "CONTRACTOR.” In this Agreement, either the CONTRACTOR or Worksystems may also be referred to individually as a “party” or jointly as the “parties”, and the Contract Agreement as “Agreement” or “Contract.”
