This Partnership Agreement is entered into between the University of California, Berkeley (UCB) and the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL). Its purpose is to set forth the agreement between UCB and LBNL for environment, safety and health policies and procedures applicable to the two facilities. This Agreement supersedes entirely the previous Memorandum of Understanding between the parties that was signed in June 1993.
