This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") is effective as of the 28th day of September 2021 (the "Effective Date"), by and between the Town of Morrisville, North Carolina, a North Carolina municipal corporation ("Town") and Singh Development LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Developer") (Town and Developer together the "Parties", each a "Party"), for the development of the "Project" as further described below in response to the Town’s Town Center Request for Proposals dated November 2020 (RFP) and the developer’s updated proposal dated August 10, 2021.
