THIS Agreement is made and entered into this day of , 2004 , by and between the CITY OF OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS, hereinafter referred to as “City,” and AMX INTERNATIONAL, INC, hereinafter referred to as “Consultant.” It is the intention of the City to use the services of a consultant to assist City staff with upgrading from PeopleSoft World and OneWorld Xe financial software to PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne.
