THIS AGREEMENT is made on this day of 2019 at NEW DELHI, between Prasar Bharati (India’s Public Service Broadcaster), a body corporate established under Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Act, 1990, through the Director General: DOORDARSHAN, having its office at Doordarshan Bhawan, Copernicus Marg, New Delhi – 110 001, hereinafter referred to as “PRASAR BHARATI” which expression unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, shall mean and include all its officers, successors and assignees of the FIRST PARTY.
