In the city of San Luis - Argentina, on 2 of july of the year 2003, by and between UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE SAN LUIS, San Luis, Argentina, represented by its Rector, Lic. Germán Arias, domiciled on 950 Ejército de los Andes Avenue, San Luis, Argentina, of the one part, and the INSTITUTE OF MICROBIOLOGY of TÜBINGEN UNIVERSITY, represented by Prof. Dr. Ingo B. Autenrieth, domiciled on Elfriede-Aulhorn-Straße 6 - D-7207 Tübingen, Germany, of the other part, hereinafter referred to as THE PARTIES, in their interest to maintain and develop relationships between the two aforementioned institutions, agree to enter into a bilateral cooperation agreement for academic, scientific and technological activities, under the terms and conditions hereinbelow described:
