This Mobile Application End User License Agreement (“License Agreement”) is a binding agreement between Famous Recipe Group, LLC d/b/a Lee’s Famous Recipe® Chicken (“we,” “us,” “our”, or ”Lee’s”) and you (“you,” “your,” or “End User”). This License Agreement governs your use of the Lee’s Famous Recipe® Chicken Application, and it includes all related documentation (collectively, the “Application”), which is made available through third-party application stores and is available for download, installation, and use on a mobile phone, or tablet device (“Mobile Device”). For purposes of clarity, THIS APPLICATION IS LICENSED, NOT SOLD, TO YOU.
