In order to clarify and centralize intellectual property rights for contributions from any person or entity of content or materials in support of the mission of the Alpaca Owners Association, Inc. (AOA), AOA requires that each contributor execute this Contribution License Agreement (Agreement) prior to making any contribution. The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure AOA's ability to effectively maintain and enforce the intellectual property rights and outbound licenses associated with the AOA's information and outreach efforts. This Agreement is for the benefit of the contributor as well as AOA.
