SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEENCOUNTY OF SAN MATEO ANDCHILD CARE COORDINATING COUNCIL THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT, entered into this day of , 20 , by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter called "County," and CHILD CARE COORDINATING COUNCIL, hereinafter called "Contractor"; W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code, Section 31000, County may contract with independent contractors for the furnishing of such services to or for County or any Department thereof; WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Agreement for the purpose of providing Stage 2 Child Care and Child Development services as required by the California Department of Education on July 22, 2008; and WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on August 4, 2009, to add funding for Fiscal Year 2009-10. WHEREAS, the parties now wish to further Amend the Agreement to add the remaining allocation for FY 2009-10. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY THE PARTIES HERETO AS FOLLOWS:
