This Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services disposal contract is referred to as the “DLA AFFF East” contract and is for the removal, destruction and disposal of Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) related wastes, including AFFF concentrates, rinsates, contaminated water and solids. Removals will be performed at various Department of Defense (DOD) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) military installations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS).
