The AMERICAN CANOE ASSOCIATION, (hereinafter referred to as “ACA”) and (hereinafter referred to as “the PAC”) enter into this Paddle America Club Agreement to enroll the Club in the ACA’s Paddle America Club program, and to promote both organizations to the paddlesports community in general. This agreement lists the roles and responsibilities of ACA and the PAC, and also sets forth the procedures and requirements for obtaining ACA insurance.
