This Memorandum of Understanding (this "MOU"), dated as of , 2013, is entered into by and between the City and County of San Francisco ("City"), acting by and through the Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development ("MOHCD"), and the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco, hereafter referred to as the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure (“OCII”, and together with MOHCD, the "Parties").
