This Nondisclosure Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between American Mutual Reinsurance Company, In Rehabilitation (“AMRECO”), located at 222 Merchandise Mart Plaza, Suite 1450, Chicago, Illinois (the “Disclosing Party”) and , located at (the “Receiving Party”) for purposes of preventing the unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information as defined below. The parties agree to enter into this Agreement with respect to the disclosure of certain proprietary, non-public and confidential information (the “Confidential Information”).
