This ESIGN and Electronic Disclosure Agreement (this “Disclosure”) is made between you and Kennebunk Savings Bank (“Bank”). As used in this Disclosure, the words “we”, “our”, and “us” mean the Bank; the words “you” and “your” mean the individual(s) or entity identified on your Account(s). “Account(s)” means any account you specify on the eStatements Enrollment Form. Terms not defined in this Disclosure shall have the meaning given to them in the Online Banking Service Agreement and Disclosure, to which you previously agreed. Please read this Disclosure carefully and retain a copy for your records.
