This contract is entered into by and between School’s Out Washington (YWCA of Seattle-King County- Snohomish County, host agency), hereinafter referred to as “SOWA,” and Seattle Public Schools, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor.” This replaces any previous agreement between SOWA and the Contractor.
