This Amendment No. 3 (“Amendment”) shall serve to modify the existing Contract No. 19D0324 (“Contract”) between the Santa Cruz Sanitation District (“District”) and Consor North America, Inc. (“Contractor”). District and Contractor may sometimes be referred to in this Amendment collectively as “Parties” or individually as “Party.”
