This Agreement is between the Conejo Valley Unified School District (“Local Educational Agency” or “LEA”) and Chemeketa Community College (“College”), who may be referred to collectively as the parties. This Agreement describes and confirms the expectations and responsibilities of the Parties regarding Chemeketa Community College’s Speech-Language Pathology Assisting Program, through which College students (“Student” or “Students”) will gain practicum education and experience in a public school setting.
