VisionHealth GmbH and our subsidiaries and affiliates ("VisionHealth," “Company”, "we", “us” or "our") provide a therapeutic app and related services, for ICU Medical, Inc. (“ICU Medical”) and to be distributed by ICU Medical, to support patients using ICU Medical’s Acapella Respiratory Therapy System (“Treatment Device”). This Terms of Use Agreement (“Terms of Use”) along with any applicable supplemental terms that may be presented to you for your review and acceptance in connection with the My Acapella App (defined below) (collectively, the “Agreement”) describes the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the My Acapella App for Acapella Respiratory Therapy System and related services (collectively the “My Acapella App” or the “App”). (The App is designed to provide you with support in the usage of the Acapella Respiratory Therapy System that has been prescribed for your usage by your doctor or other medical professional (a “Treatment Device”).
