I, _, am 18-years-old or older and will participate in the [Football Camp] Program (which is privately owned and operated by Wilson Football, LLC) at [Bowie State University] on June 10 or 12, 2018, (the “Program”). This document (“Agreement”) covers all aspects of my participation in the Program. In this Agreement, “Wilson Football, LLC” means its respective instrumentalities, governing boards, administrators, predecessors, successors and assigns, partners, associates, agents, volunteers, and employees.
