This Contract is subject to all applicable Oklahoma State Statutes and Rules and Regulations. Any provision of this Contract that is not in conformity with existing or future legislation shall be considered amended to comply with such legislation. Any interpretations or disputes with respect to contract provisions shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
