These Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) are entered into by and between Kymeta Corporation, a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business at 12277 134th Ct. NE, Ste. 100, Redmond, WA 98052 (“Kymeta”) and You (also defined as the “Customer” identified on the applicable Sales Order) for the Products set forth on such Sales Order.
