This Industry Sponsored Research Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the commencement date of the Term provided in Section 2 (“Effective Date”) between  , having a principal place of business at  (“Sponsor”), and Clemson University, an institution of higher education of the State of South Carolina having a principal place of business at 300 Brackett Hall, Clemson, South Carolina 29634 (“University”). Sponsor and University may be referred to individually as a “Party” or together as the “Parties.”
