This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as “MOU”), effective as of this 29th day of August 2020 and entered into by and between the Collin County Juvenile Probation Department, acting through the Collin County Juvenile Board, (hereinafter referred to as “the Department”) and Avertest, LLC d/b/a Averhealth (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”), is executed pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
