Recommendations: 1) Authorise a Supplemental Agreement to the Deed of Variation July 2015 to allow for an extension of the draw down longstop date for Site 28 to 31 December 20222) Authorise a Supplemental Agreement to the Deed of variation July 2015 to allow for the final Public Realm payment to be deferred until 31 December 2021.
