A Cooperative Agreement between the National Park Service (hereinafter referred to as the NPS) and the Western States Air Resources Council (hereinafter referred to as the WESTAR) is proposed, to add a Task 2 to: Coordinate activities in the Three-State region of Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming for a study comprised of ambient monitoring and reporting, development of a data warehouse to support National Environmental Policy Act activities and other air quality planning, and future air quality modeling making use of the data warehouse (3-State Study Coordination). The NPS-WESTAR Cooperative Agreement is established as a continuation of work currently underway under an agreement with the Western Governors’ Association from 2010. The intent of this agreement is to conduct and implement projects of mutual interest and benefit to the NPS, the WESTAR, and the public regarding Air Quality and Atmospheric Sciences, as well as to coordinate atmospheric and air quality issues and develop products of
