A Cooperative Agreement between the National Park Service (hereinafter referred to as the NPS) and the Western States Air Resources Council (hereinafter referred to as the WESTAR) is proposed, to add a Task 2 to: Coordinate activities in the Three-State region of Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming for a study comprised of ambient monitoring and reporting, development of a data warehouse to support National Environmental Policy Act activities and other air quality planning, and future air quality modeling making use of the data warehouse (3-State Study Coordination). The NPS-WESTAR Cooperative Agreement is established as a continuation of work currently underway under an agreement with the Western Governors’ Association from 2010.
