THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into this July 24, 2024 (hereinafter, the "Effective Date"), by and between the CITY OF KERMAN, a municipal corporation ("CITY") and PBK ARCHITECTS INC. ("CONSULTANT"). For the purposes of this Agreement, CITY and CONSULTANT may be referred to collectively by the capitalized term "Parties." The capitalized term "Party" may refer to CITY or CONSULTANT interchangeably.
